The Ron and Anna Bisher group is a full-service real estate brokerage for buying and selling real estate in the greater Cincinnati, Ohio and Sarasota and Southwest Florida markets. Born and raised in the west side of Cincinnati, Ron and Anna Bisher have over 40 years of combined real estate experience. Our keen knowledge of the market has enabled us in all facets of the real estate industry, whether it be with sellers, first-time home buyers, builders and developers, investors, or providing assistance in the luxury market. We use our experience, connections, and foresight to address details before they become a problem. We work together with our team to provide communication throughout the transaction.
Our success has proven that we are one of the top real estate leaders in Cincinnati. We have consistently been awarded recognition by the Cincinnati Area Board of Realtors and within the Coldwell Banker brand.
After spending the last several years at our vacation property in Sarasota, Florida, we are now officially licensed in Florida and will be specializing in the Sarasota, Siesta Key, and South West areas. We will be growing our group in those markets to provide local, expert knowledge, while continuing to provide the same quality service to our Cincinnati clients.

We are both graduates of the University of Cincinnati and are passionate about community involvement. Anna serves on the Board for Sophie’s Angel Run. We have three daughters, Ashley, Abby, and Carly, and we enjoy traveling, golfing, and spending time with family and friends.

Stephanie has lived on the West Side of Cincinnati her entire life and is the Executive Director of Greater Cincinnati Building Owners and Managers Association, which first sparked her interest in real estate. After years of debate, she finally decided to get her real estate license in 2018 and is loving every minute of it! When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Craig is a lifelong resident of Cincinnati’s thriving West Side community. Coming from a family with a significant real estate presence in the tristate area, Craig has always been passionate about the property market and is well-versed in the local real estate industry. He currently serves on the Hamilton County Rural Zoning Commission, where he plays a vital role in ensuring rural properties in the area are properly regulated and managed.
Melissa grew up in Cincinnati and is a graduate of Miami University. Initially licensed in 2010 she then took several years to be a stay-at-home Mom to her three children. She reinstated her license and in 2022 joined the Bisher team. In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with family, friends, and her 7 lbs. yorkie, Tank. She is an avid sports fan and cheers on her sons who play college sports for NIU and Wittenberg Colleges.
Michael has lived in Cincinnati his whole life, attending St. Xavier High School before graduating from the University of Cincinnati with a bachelor’s degree in marketing.
As the licensed operations manager to the Ron & Anna Bisher Group, Michael’s job is to ensure a smooth transaction from start to finish. He coordinates and manages your deal from contract to close and will guide you each step of the way!
Growing up in Kansas City, Summi moved to Cincinnati’s West Side over 20 years ago to live closer to family. Taking ‘early retirement’ over 15 years ago to stay home full-time, she quickly immersed herself in volunteer activities at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital, with Sophie’s Angel Run, and her children’s school.
Summi joined our team in early 2020 focused on expanding our social media presence, refining digital communication, and developing marketing strategies.
Licensed since 2005, Jennifer’s diverse roles in the industry as a top-performing agent, sales manager, and Regional Vice President provides a foundation for unparalleled success in the Sarasota & Southwest Florida market. She is actively involved in several local organizations that support the Cultural Arts, disadvantaged children, and our Veterans.
Ron and Anna are graduates of the University of Cincinnati and are passionate about community involvement. From Anna serving on the Board for Sophie’s Angel Run to being very active at Western Hills Country Club in Cincinnati and Stoneybrook Country Club in Sarasota. The team is full of individuals devoted to giving back to the local community. Together with their team members, they are active in the Coldwell Banker Foundation, St. Leo’s Food Pantry, and St. Francis Seraph Ministries.
