Experience a seamless home buying journey with our 8-step process connecting buyers with their dream home has successfully paired hundreds of buyers with their ideal property that perfectly suits their living requirements. 1. Create Wishlist

To kick off the process, you’ll meet in person for a buyer consultation where we we’ll delve into your preferences and discuss exactly what you’re looking for in your idea home!

2. Pre-Qualification

During this stage, we will connect you with our trusted mortgage partner, who will assist you in confidently determining your buying price range. Essential paperwork, such as pay stubs, W-2 forms, and tax returns, are required so the lender can conduct a thorough review. They’ll then provide you with your exact borrowing capacity so you can turn your dreams into reality! 

3. Listing Alerts

Once our agents know your home preferences and what price range you are in the market for, we’ll send you notifications with the listings best suited to your needs. These listings will be personalized for you, making it easier to find what you need. 

4. View Houses

Once you’ve selected the homes you are interested in, we’ll take care of scheduling viewings and accompany you to open houses. That way, we can provide valuable insights and guidance throughout the process to ensure you make the most informed decision on your future home.

5. Make an Offer

Once you view a home that feels like the perfect fit, your agent will present a competitive offer to the seller. If the seller counters your offer, we will walk you through the negotiation process.

6. Acceptance

Once your offer has been accepted, the home will go through appraisal and inspection to ensure that the property is appropriately valued. If any major issues are found during the inspection process, it may be up to the seller to fix these or adjust the home price.

7. Closing

The final step in the process is the closing. This meeting will include the title company, and you will sign all the necessary legal paperwork required to make the home yours. You will also make the downpayment at this time. Once you leave the closing meeting you are officially a homeowner.

8. Celebrate!
